Terms of Service
Blindgrade · effective 28 August 2026
By playing Blindgrade (blindgrade.com) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
The game
Blindgrade is a game: you trade a hidden, anonymized historical price chart with a simulated balance. No real money is involved, nothing can be deposited or withdrawn, and scores have no monetary value.
Not financial advice
Nothing in Blindgrade is investment, financial, or trading advice. The charts are historical data presented as a puzzle; game results say nothing about real markets or your prospects in them. Do not make investment decisions based on this game.
Accounts
An account is optional and requires only an email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. We may suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time by emailing admin@blindgrade.com.
Fair use
Don't attack, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, don't automate play, and don't try to unmask a round before its reveal.
Content and data
The Blindgrade name, design, and code are ours. Historical market data shown in rounds comes from publicly available sources and is provided as-is, with no guarantee of accuracy.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue it at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (currently: nothing).
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept it.
